Korum provides a 3 Year Guarantee to the original owner on Korum rods. This is given in addition to your statutory rights and covers fault or damage from any cause.

3 Year Rod Guarantee

Terms & Conditions

All Korum rods are covered by a 3 year guarantee. The guarantee is limited to the replacement of broken or damaged sections and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from use of the product.

To validate your 3 year guarantee you must return a complete the above form within 30 days of purchase.

The guarantee does not cover theft, loss or intentional damage of your Korum rod but does cover accidental damage.

Damaged rod sections must be returned to the Korum customer services department as per the instructions ‘what to do in the event of a claim’ section. New sections will not be dispatched until the broken section(s) and payment to cover administration and handling has been received.

The customer is responsible for the postage cost of the broken section(s) back to Korum customer services department. Postage is not a guarantee of delivery and we advise customers to use the Royal Mail Registered ‘Signed For’ service.

Korum retailers do not participate in the 3 Year Guarantee scheme.

We will dispatch your new section as soon as possible, providing we have stock available. In the event of a section being out of stock we will contact you and advise of the situation.

There may be a very slight variation between an original section and a new replacement section. Any variation will not affect the performance of the rod.

The 3 year guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

What to do in the event of a claim

1. Cut the broken section(s) into short (approx 4”/100mm) pieces.

2. Pack into a padded envelope and enclose your full name and contact details as used on the Customer Guarantee Registration Card. Also include full model information, eg Korum Precision 11ft Float.

3. Enclose the relevant fee of £35 per section (£12 for quiver-tips) to cover administration and handling.
