On its own when first launched in 2005 the Korum Day Session Shelter was the first angling shelter to incorporate the twin hoop system. Utilising the popular pram hood style (popularised in carp fishing circles) but reducing the number of poles gave a light but rigid framed shelter perfect for the angler fishing from a chair. Compared with standard umbrellas the cover given by this shelter is incredible.

The first choice for short session angling. When used with the back panel folded down this gives a windbreak style cover but with the option to have full cover if the weather breaks, perfect for those grey days when you don’t know what the weather will do from one minute to the next.

Utilising the same proven high specification material cover as the Day Session shelter The umbrella features a “flatback” profile and can be used with the pole located either centrally or at the rear. A simple clip system holds one or both sides away when not required. Perfect for use with a chair or for overnight use with a bedchair the umbrella comes supplied with swivel storm rod caps, storm rods and 6 heavy duty pegs.

Specially developed for the Korum range, this is a very lightweight, easy to transport, easy to erect alternative to the umbrella.
It obviously provides more all-round cover than an umbrella whilst only occupying a similar area. It is also sturdier and more stable in the wind and can’t turn inside out! With its top panel rolled back it becomes the perfect windshield for those days when that’s all that is needed.
It is manufactured using aluminium poles and a heavy duty 100% waterproof nylon cover with taped seams.
Supplied with 2 frame support bars, one back pole and 7 heavy duty ground pegs in its own fitted carry bag.
